1.所有玩具, CE标识产品和外包装必须同时有,尺寸要求大于或等于5mm

All toys have to mark impoter name and address both on product and packaging

3.所有玩具生产商名称和地址, 产品和外包装必须同时有（可以同进口商）

All toys have to mark manufactory name and address both on product and packaging ( but manufactory and importer can be the same one )

4.所有玩具序列号或批号或型号等产品识别信息在产品和外包装上必须同时有

All toys have to mark serial no. or batch no. or item no. both on product and packaging

5.所有毛绒玩具产品上必须有洗标

All plush toys have to put washing labels on product

6. EN71-2 19项重金属新标准, 现在处于过渡时期, 到2013年正式强制, 客户目前可以在新老标准中自由选择

New EN71-3 heavy metals test is now in a transition period, will be full forced in 2013, both the new and old version norm is OK at the moment
